Child Safe, in association with ABTA, is launching a new family safety initiative called ‘Family Safe Holidays' this summer.
This free service will provide families with help, advice and accessories to help keep their family and, in particular, their children safe on holiday, both at home and abroad. It also allows you store key personal and travel information that may be needed in a hurry.
As part of their annual ‘Tag Your Tot campaign, the nation’s biggest breakfast show, GMTV is offering one million free Family Safe Holiday accounts to their viewers. Families can register online at www.familysafeholidays.co.uk by entering the promotional code ABTA72007.
To support this initiative Lloydspharmacy have teamed up with GMTV to become the lead sponsor in the production of a million free wristbands. The Wristbands are waterproof and colourful with a section on the back where the family’s contact details or holiday rep’s contact details can be filled in. The wristbands are very durable and one or two should last the whole holiday.
